**The Role**:

**The Responsibilities**:
The following responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls as assigned accurately and on time, including the accurate management of allowances, deductions, benefits, novated leases, and superannuation.
- Maintain the Employee Personal Record filing system.
- Ensure legal compliance to all current and relevant legislation.
- Maintenance of standard operating procedures and management of relevant awards / agreements.
- Maintain the HR / Payroll Databases to ensure data integrity and that it is reflective of live information.
- Produce statement of service (separation certificate) documents for terminating employees.
- Enter and maintain all employee information in the HRIS and payroll systems in a timely manner to ensure accurate payments, deductions and reporting at all times.
- Monitor and action the "HR Projects Inbox" - workflow, system data checks.
- Investigate data queries and conduct audit checks.
- Assist in system testing.
- Update online procedures manual for payroll processes.
- Process and transmit payments within the Westpac Corporate On-Line system.
- Manage and maintain QuickSuper system to process superannuation payments.
**The Requirements**:
- Must have minimum 3 years payroll experience.
- Essential to have significant Chris 21 experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a high level of initiative.
- Effective time management and personal management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to learn.
- All temporary contractors, Citizens or Working Holiday Visa put forward must have a valid Police Clearance check and Full Work Rights to work in Australia
