* Job Description:
* The successful candidate will provide support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, student assessment and feedback, and maintaining student pastoral care and wellbeing.
* This role commences in 2025 and is a fixed-term position for four or two years, depending on the study duration.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a Godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships, and general lifestyle.
* Support teachers in the development of differentiated lesson plans.
* Assess and provide feedback to students.
* Assist classroom teachers with monitoring and maintaining student pastoral care and wellbeing.
* Engage in the faith life of the school, including attendance at events such as staff devotions or worship.
* Minimum Requirements:
* Be enrolled to study as a CITE Alliance student with Eastern College Australia.
* Show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
* Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
* Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
* Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
