**About UAC**:
UAC's Operations and Products Department oversees critical functions including admissions, analytics, customer service, and product management. Operating through six dedicated teams—Access, Business Analytics, Centralised Services, Customer Service, Operations Services, and UAC Connect—the department is led by the Chief Operations and Products Officer, ensuring alignment with UAC's strategic objectives.
**About the Role**:
As the Product Manager, you will spearhead formalised product management for UAC's admissions products. Crucially aligning product strategies with market demands and customer expectations, you will drive continuous product improvement and identify new opportunities to sustain and enhance UAC's product portfolio. Your role will involve developing business proposals for new features, defining success metrics, and establishing processes to achieve them. Building strong institutional relationships will be key in instilling confidence in UAC's offerings, while actively contributing to strategic planning and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Develop product management frameworks in collaboration with commercial, client relations, and IT stakeholders to optimise outcomes.
- Set and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify gaps, assess competitors, and explore new opportunities.
- Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps, prioritising features based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Manage product lifecycles through data-driven decision-making, monitoring KPIs to ensure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
