About the Opportunity:
We are seeking to recruit an experience Production Supervisor to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your Production Shift runs as efficiently & safely as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP).
* Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
* Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
* Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.
* Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.
About You:
* Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related field
* Leadership skills and ability to drive results
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable
