Role Summary
The HR Manager & Team Coordinator will be 'wearing 2 hats' for our little company. Specifically, engaging in company-wide HR responsibilities for a little over 30 staff as well as overseeing the admin assistants, in terms of coordinating their responsibilities, ensuring the everyday responsibilities are completed and flow smoothly.

Key Criteria
To be seriously considered for this role, we are looking for someone who matches the following criteria:
* Human Resources Qualifications and/or experience
* Organisation and details-focussed
* At least 6 months of experience in a management/supervisor role
* Strong administrative and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to work both within a team and independently
* Police Clearance Certificate (this will be required before commencing work)
