We are looking for a true B2B Hunter - someone who thrives on opening doors, winning new accounts, and smashing targets.
This is not an account management role - this is a growth role.

Your mission is simple:
Win new business. Grow revenue. Dominate your territory.
Based out of our St Marys branch, you will take full ownership of developing new accounts across NSW and expanding Access Hire's footprint in key industries including construction, infrastructure, and industrial services.
You'll be in the field, in front of decision-makers, and constantly building momentum.
What You'll Be Doing
* Hunting and securing new B2B customers and revenue streams
* Prospecting daily and building a strong sales pipeline
* Opening doors and converting leads into long-term clients
* Positioning Access Hire as the go-to hire solutions partner
* Driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding monthly and annual targets
* Conducting regular site visits and face-to-face customer meetings
* Preparing and presenting accurate quotes and tailored solutions
* Coordinating with internal teams on equipment, deliveries and logistics
* Maintaining a structured territory and forward sales plan
This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm

* Minimum 2 years' proven success in B2B sales or business development
* A true hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
* Hire industry or equipment experience (highly regarded, not essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High energy, persistence and self-motivation
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
* A solutions-focused mindset
* A current driver's licence
