We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a growing team focused on recycling materials. This position involves working with complex machinery across multiple stations to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role will be a permanent position on day shift - 7am-3.30pm
Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor machinery involved in recycling processes
* Load and unload parts onto the machine.
* Manage and oversee multiple production stations to ensure optimal workflow.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and delays.
* Maintain accurate records and logs related to machine performance and production.
Skills:
* Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with complex machinery.
* Experience working with multiple stations or production lines.
* Chemical handling or processing experience is highly desirable.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and industrial best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
