Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist at our stores, you will work with cutting-edge technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact Tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand the lives behind the eyes and help customers maximize their lifestyle enjoyment through tailored eyecare, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse range of customers, including children, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
* Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles confidently.
* Explain lens technology, including features, benefits, coatings, and extras to customers.
* Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology usage and recommendations.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue, focusing on technology, optometry labour efficiency, and Medicare billing.
