About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, customer‑focused team and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on role where you'll help drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a fun, supportive store culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Supporting daily store operations, including opening, closing, and end‑of‑day tasks
* Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management
* Leading by example to inspire and develop your team
* Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs
* Maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging workplace

About You
* Positive, team‑focused attitude
* Motivation to achieve sales and performance goals
* Previous retail experience (fashion or footwear highly regarded)
* Minimum of 2+ years retail experience in a customer‑facing environment
* Equestrian knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
