As National Manager, Palliative Care, you will provide expert clinical leadership, strategy and oversight to ensure high‐quality, evidence‐based palliative and end‐of‐life care across Regis. You'll drive best practice aligned to National Palliative Care Standards, uplift workforce capability, support clinical governance and influence meaningful improvements in resident experience.

Responsibilities
* Shape best‐practice palliative and end‐of‐life care nationally
* Influence quality, safety and dignity of care across a national portfolio
* Act as the recognised subject‐matter expert partnering with Executive, Clinical and Operations teams
* Make a deeply meaningful impact for residents, families and care teams at life's most critical moments
What You'll Bring
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care
* Demonstrated expertise in palliative and end‐of‐life care within aged or health‐care settings
* Proven experience leading clinical strategy, quality improvement and risk management
* Strong ability to influence, educate and partner with multidisciplinary and executive stakeholders
* A compassionate, values‐driven leadership approach grounded in dignity, safety and evidence‐based care
Location
This position can be based at either our Sandgate office in Brisbane or our head office in Camberwell, Melbourne.
