Regional Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Western Australia.
This senior leadership role involves shaping the commercial direction of our WA fibre packaging operations, developing long-term customer partnerships, and promoting a high-performance sales culture.
* Lead a high-impact team within a growth-oriented business.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable sales growth across Western Australia.
* Maintain and enhance key customer relationships, ensuring product and service excellence.
* Negotiate agreements that benefit both the company and customers.
* Provide accurate reporting, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Ensure accountability for customer engagement, contract renewals, inventory management, and non-conformance issues.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within sales processes and customer service.
Requirements:
* Proven sales management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial B2B environment.
* Leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and build long-term partnerships.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Valid driver's license.
