Tasks As an Early Childhood Teacher, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating effectively with the teaching team to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within the centre. Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's individual interests, strengths, and abilities. Observing and documenting children's developmental progress using appropriate assessment tools. Building strong and positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community, fostering our "family culture." Qualifications To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications: Approved Bachelor's Degree, Working towards Bachelors Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved). Valid Working with Children Check. Solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training. Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
