The Opportunity
CSR is seeking a proactive and detail‐driven Product Manager to join our team in North Ryde. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys problem‐solving, and excels in managing complex product portfolios. You will work closely with R&D, sales, operations, and international partners to deliver high‐quality product solutions across the Martini and Woven Image brands.
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing core and custom product opportunities, supporting commercial teams, and driving product compliance and sustainability initiatives. You will also manage product data systems, rate cards, samples, and key customer requirements across multiple sales channels.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical product work with commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the product lifecycle, from new product development to end-of-life management for the PET range across Martini and Woven Image Business Units.
* Manage product pricing and assess custom product opportunities, including custom colour, sizing and loft options.
* Lead international product development initiatives in collaboration with R&D to meet global standards.
* Coordinate product sample programs for Martini and Woven Image across ANZ.
* Create and maintain rate cards for Martini and Woven Image.
* Maintain accurate product data across PIM/DAM and CELUM systems.
* Support compliance activities for both new and existing products, supporting sustainability and regulatory requirements, including fire, acoustic and thermal test schedules to ensure product certification and compliance.
* Provide sales support and maintain product data for Himmel, Potters and Woven Image sales channels.
* Deliver priority product support for key customers
About You
* Experience in product management, product development or related technical/commercial functions.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience working with product data systems (PIM/DAM) is highly beneficial.
* An interest in manufacturing, product compliance, sustainability, or acoustic/architectural products is advantageous.
