$80,000 – $85,000 INCLUSIVE OF CAR ALLOWANCE SUPER (UP TO $94,086.76 PACKAGE) An exciting opportunity is available for a confident and adaptable Floater Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate group based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. This unique role does not involve managing a personal portfolio. Instead, you will provide support and coverage for Property Managers during periods of annual leave or unplanned absences. You will be primarily based in the inner-city office, with occasional support required at nearby offices. This position is ideal for an experienced Property Manager looking for variety and flexibility, or a more junior Property Manager who is confident, organised, and strong in problem-solving. THE PAY $80,000 – $85,000 inclusive of car allowance Superannuation paid on top Maximum package up to $94,086.76 THE DAYS / HOURS Monday to Friday Occasional Saturdays may be required (very rarely) THE ROLE Providing cover for Property Managers during leave or absences Managing day-to-day property management tasks as required Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades Handling maintenance requests and urgent issues Conducting routine inspections when required Attending VCAT preparation or hearings if needed Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures Assisting across multiple offices when required THE APPLICANT Previous experience in Residential Property Management preferred Open to a slightly more junior candidate with the right attitude Confident problem solver with strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional presentation and customer-focused approach Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Current Agent’s Representative Certificate All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
