We are hiring for Q4! We are interviewing for immediate starts. 1800-GOT-JUNK? Gold Coast is seeking hardworking, customer service–oriented people to join our truck teams to remove unwanted items from our customers' private properties and businesses. We are the world’s largest junk removal service and offer a culture of achievement that is embodied by hard work, fun, professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
Part Time & Casual Positions Available: 30hrs+ hrs per week (with the potential to increase in the future if interested)
Responsibilities
- Visit local properties and businesses with your truck team to take away unwanted items.
- Follow safety training and wear all required gear. Uniform, safety gloves, boots, and masks if required.
- Load, remove, and sort items for disposal, recycling, or donation (we are committed to reducing waste).
- Ensure job orders are completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services.
- Work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Open car licence is essential - LR truck licence is a bonus.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week; this may increase if you are interested.
- Must be able to get to Casino, Lismore, Ballina, or Tweed Shire for shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity isn’t required; however, a background in customer service is a definite asset.
