Working independently, you'll make confident decisions in dynamic conditions and manage operations across vast, dispersed Northern Territory locations. Regional travel to Alice Springs and remote communities will be essential, requiring resilience, autonomy, and strong planning capability. You'll strengthen safety and quality practices, influence continuous improvement, and support operational excellence by enhancing processes, systems, and construction practices.
