About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Service Coordinator to work in our South West Regional Office located in Geelong.
Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, the Nursing Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the rostering of nursing and allied health services, supporting a team of Nurses to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time. The role is also responsible for managing the stock levels of nursing equipment and supplies, and liaising with external providers.

Responsibilities
Key duties include:
* Coordinating the rostering of nursing and allied health staff.
* Supporting the nursing team to meet clients' needs.
* Managing stock levels of nursing equipment and supplies.
* Liaising with external providers and referral agencies.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant staffing and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve.
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs.
* Nursing or Allied Health experience is desirable.
Certification Requirements
* Current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
* Valid Driver's License.
* First Aid Certificate that includes CPR.
* Relevant qualification.
