What you’ll be doing
- Interpretation and implementation of commercial plumbing and maintenance plans.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
- Ensure all OHS and workplace safety policies are strictly adhered to.
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial sanitation systems, water distribution, and heating/cooling piping.
- Inspect and maintain drainage, hot water, and other plumbing systems to comply with local and national regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.
- Diagnose and repair commercial appliances and fixtures where required.
What you need
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial plumbing and maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including mechanical and technical components.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Mechanically minded with hands-on technical aptitude.
