Job Opportunity: Experienced HR Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR advisor to join our team on a permanent contract. As an HR advisor, you will work in a hybrid role providing guidance, coaching and support to people leaders across the full breadth of People & Culture activities.
The successful candidate will effectively liaise with national and regional teams for the implementation and provision of HR services. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice on policies and procedures, position descriptions, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements
* Communicating effectively with all levels of the organisation
* Supporting managers to lead and develop their employees to achieve their potential
* Empowering managers and employees to provide feedback and ideas to influence service delivery
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field
* Demonstrated experience working as a generalist HR professional in a large organisation
* Ability to lead workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to excellence in HR practice
Additional requirements include a current and valid Driver's Licence and COVID-19 vaccination.
Key Responsibilities:
