They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced office manager to join their team.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the Sales, Leasing, Admin and Property Management Departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage employee files, including payroll, benefits, and HR-related paperwork
- Manage the office, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Process invoices
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage employee files, including payroll, benefits, and HR-related paperwork
- Assist with special projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Salary based on experience
