Kitchen Attendant Role
The kitchen attendant is a vital member of the food service team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
* Prepare and portion ingredients according to established recipes.
* Operate dishwashing machines, ensuring spotless dishes are returned to storage areas promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Successful applicants will possess strong communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in commercial kitchens or similar environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
A valid Food Safety Certification (FSC) is essential, as it ensures adherence
to strict health codes while preventing potential hazards from arising within our facilities “and” promoting customer satisfaction through clean dining spaces.
