Overview
eHealth NSW is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant with Oracle Fusion expertise to help lead the transformation of our supply chain systems across the state. This role supports digital transformation in healthcare by aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver better outcomes for hospitals, patients, clinicians, and operational teams.
Role: Senior Supply Chain Consultant (Health Manager Level 4)
Location: Chatswood area, NSW (permanent full-time)
Salary: Base pay range A$141,974.00/yr - A$169,151.00/yr, plus 12% super and 17.5% annual leave loading. This range is provided by eHealth NSW; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation within Supply Chain in areas such as Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Tracking to Patients, and other team initiatives.
- Oracle Fusion Implementation across the program and related areas; support the team as required.
- Support and Continuous Improvement initiatives leveraging extensive Oracle Fusion experience in clinical environments (Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Tracking).
This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist – ERP.
About you / Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Experience in process definition and automation across Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Management and Tracking in a clinical environment; knowledge of Supplier Collaboration, GS1 integration, mobile applications in supply chain, Pathology Billing, Patient Billing with Oracle Fusion.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills to lead workshops, elicit requirements, estimate effort, and drive business change.
- Experience in application support: incident management, user engagement, and alignment with governance structures.
- Strong team player with ability to learn new concepts and support others; capable of writing specifications and program documents as required.
