Having over 3 million visitors to their site every month, this newly created role is pivotal in executing digital initiatives for their eCommerce offering across technical and campaign-oriented duties.
**About The Role**
Working as part for the ANZ marketing team, this newly created role will focus executing digital initiatives including user testing, conversion rate optimisation, and AB testing. You will execute on merchandising and pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability and provide ongoing analysis of website performance to identify and troubleshoot eCommerce challenges.
- Manage AB testing priorities and work as a sponsor across the department to ensure business requirements are met with each test.
- Use website analytics (Google Analytics), CRO tools and BI data to report on tests.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of website performance, identifying and troubleshooting eCommerce challenges.
- Project manage the pricing across the eCommerce platform including setting up workflows, liaising with vouchers, IT and marketing teams and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with the Data Insights team to brief in reporting, analyse outcomes and implement findings.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance capability of digital tools.
- Provide assistance to the greater marketing team when required.
- Proven success in managing and executing website testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Can manage and convey stakeholder requirements to IT.
- A proven ability to work with internal and external parties to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Test and learn mentality, with an understanding of how to design meaningful tests and record of accomplishment in using tests to continuously improve performance.
- Able to demonstrate a drive for results & over-achievement against KPI's.
- Strong project management & organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and strong MS Excel
