**Your new role**
As a Regional Support Officer, you will be responsible for; front counter support for the office,
providing effective communication of information to internal and external stakeholders of the business.
You will also participate in generating reports and conducting research, data entry as required, and
recording of feedback into the database.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will also demonstrate the following:
- Actively contribute to the development of a positive and high performing team culture, including by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
- Provide front-of house services during office hours, including greeting and registering visitors, and responding to and/or directing public enquiries
- A record of achievement in a similar role contributing to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture
- Ability to think outside the square, a willingness to try new things and a genuine desire to learn, share knowledge and make a difference.
- Qualifications in business, administration or a related discipline is desirable.
- Ability to work within set parameters
- Experience in in providing front of house and/or administrative support services, preferably in government is desirable.
