You will be joining a leading Australian Government department within the Technology & Transformation Branch. The team is responsible for delivering modern digital platforms that improve regulatory processes, stakeholder experience, and internal operations. Your new role
As a Change Manager, you will support the implementation of a new Case Management System and Portal. You'll consolidate business requirements, run change impact assessments, and deliver the communication, learning, and adoption activities essential for successful transition.
You will work closely with project, product, and business teams to prepare the organisation for change, coordinate APS-style briefs, and support governance reporting to senior forums.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated mid-level change experience (APS6 equivalent) supporting technology or digital implementations.
* Strong APS acumen-briefing coordination, governance processes, and executive communication.
* Experience delivering impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change workshops.
* Ability to translate technical changes into clear business impacts and user-centred messages.
* Familiarity with agile delivery and working with PM, BA, UX, and Architecture teams.
* Proficiency across M365 tools, with bonus points for JIRA/Azure DevOps.
* Ability to obtain a Baseline clearance.
