Facilities Coordinator – Retail Portfolio | Work Close to Home (Western Sydney)

Join CBRE Asia Pacific as a full‑time Facilities Coordinator in our IFM Investors Retail Portfolio. This role is located in the City of Parramatta and surrounding Western Sydney retail centres (Richmond Marketplace, Kellyville Village, The Ponds Shopping Centre & Winmalee Village).


What You'll Do

* Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team.
* Coordinate work orders, quotes, purchase orders and invoices through CBRE systems.
* Maintain accurate compliance, safety and sustainability (ESG) records and reporting.
* Assist with contractor onboarding, inductions and scheduling.
* Support tenant communications, notices, signage and building updates.
* Help manage emergency plans, testing schedules and document control.
* Partner with CBRE and IFM Investors teams to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring

* Previous experience in facilities, trades, administration, or coordination (or similar transferrable skills).
* A genuine interest in facilities, safety, sustainability and building operations.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude and confidence juggling competing priorities.
* Passion for people, teamwork and delivering great outcomes.
