With a solid pipeline of work secured, they are about to commence a major multi-stage development in the western suburbs and are looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to lead from the front. The business is known for its collaborative culture, strong systems, and consistent repeat work with reputable developers.
About the Role:
You will take full ownership as the No.1 Site Manager on a $40M+ apartment development, consisting of 3 towers (7 levels each) as Stage 1, followed by a $70M+ townhouse development in Stage 2. This is a long-term opportunity where you will see the full lifecycle of a multi-stage project, supported by a strong delivery team and experienced senior leadership.
Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee full site operations from structure through to completion
* Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and trades on site
* Drive program, sequencing and daily site productivity
* Ensure compliance with OH&S, quality and environmental standards
* Liaise closely with Project Manager and CA team to ensure smooth delivery
* Lead site teams including Foremen and site staff
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
Role Requirements:
* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on apartment projects
* Strong background delivering multi-level residential builds (ideally 5+ storeys) with concrete structures and basement(s).
* Experience managing projects $30M+
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management
* Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced Tier 2 environment
