As our Marketing Operations Manager at Untitled Group, you are the operational engine that keeps the marketing machine running. You thrive in execution, translating big marketing ideas into structured, well-run campaigns that land on time and deliver impact.
You're highly organised, process-driven and obsessed with getting things done properly. Campaigns don't fall through the cracks on your watch. You build workflows, track performance, manage timelines and ensure that every festival and tour campaign moves smoothly from concept to delivery.
You're comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders and you enjoy bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving environments. You're analytical enough to track performance and budgets, but creative enough to contribute to campaign thinking and experimentation.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building systems that make teams better and more effective.
Success in this role requires strong operational thinking, exceptional organisation and the ability to coordinate across creative, marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns.
You ideally will have 6–10 years experience in marketing with a few years honing your project management and leadership skills, bonus if that's in the music events industry.

This role requires experience in:
* Managing marketing campaign workflows and timelines across multiple projects
* Supporting the operational delivery of marketing campaigns across events, festivals and tours
* Coordinating marketing teams and ensuring deliverables stay on track
* Monitoring campaign performance, marketing KPIs and budget spend
* Building and improving marketing processes, systems and internal documentation
* Collaborating with teams across ticketing, partnerships, PR, programming and production
* Tracking campaign results and producing marketing reports
* Implementing tools and systems that improve marketing efficiency
* Supporting operational planning within the marketing department
You'll also contribute to campaign brainstorming and help translate creative marketing ideas into structured execution plans.
