Job Description
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-user service solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. Your extensive knowledge of Service Desk, Desktop Support, ITSM, and Modern Workplace technologies will enable you to craft innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
Required Skills and Expertise
* 12+ Years of Experience in IT Services: Proven track record in designing and delivering end-user service solutions across large-scale enterprise environments, including Service Desk, Desktop Support, ITSM, and Modern Workplace technologies.
* Strong RFP/RFI Solutioning Background: Demonstrated success in leading and responding to complex RFPs/RFIs, including solution strategy, technical architecture, pricing inputs, and proposal writing.
* Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs, present solutions, and influence decision-making during pre-sales and solutioning phases.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Hands-on experience working with sales, delivery, finance, and technology teams to co-create viable, cost-effective, and competitive solutions.
* Knowledge Of Industry Standards & Tools: Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow) with the ability to integrate these into solution designs.
