We are seeking a strong, capable Youth Program Manager to lead the delivery of a dynamic community-based youth program in Mulan. You will work on the ground with young people and local staff to deliver programs focused on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, substance misuse prevention and domestic violence prevention.
This is a hands-on role. As the team leader you will be supporting and mentoring local Mulan cfommunity youth workers, ensure strong daily structure, and maintain high standards of safety, reporting and accountability.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring safe, well-run and engaging youth activities
* Managing and supporting youth workers on the ground
* Running daily briefings and weekly team meetings
* Overseeing reporting, data collection and weekly program reports
* Coordinating with community services and stakeholders
* Managing day-to-day program delivery and budget oversight
* Building the skills and confidence of Mulan Community Youth Workers
Qualifications
* Has strong experience in youth work and team leadership
* Can manage people, programs and reporting with confidence
* Is organised, practical and solutions-focused
* Works well in culturally diverse environments
* Leads with integrity, fairness and professionalism
Requirements
1. Minimum 3-4 years of youth work experience is required.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of team leadership experience is required.
3. Essential requirements:
• Relevant youth work /teacher / social work qualification
