Essential Criteria
* Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting.
* Experience coordinating services and supporting Aboriginal clients and families with empathy and respect.
* Ability to organise community groups, contribute to health programs, and provide appropriate referrals and support services.
* Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, communities, protocols, and the key issues affecting Aboriginal families and community wellbeing.
* Knowledge of aged care, community care, client confidentiality, and community development principles relevant to Aboriginal health services.
Desired Criteria
* Willingness to undertake further training, such as Certificate III in Aged Care or Community Services.
* Ability to work independently, build strong community networks, and engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Experience or knowledge in community development, health education, counselling, and Aboriginal health and wellbeing principles.
