We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team in Cannon Hill, Brisbane.You will work across a range of advanced food processing and packaging machinery, applying your expertise to keep production running smoothly. This hands-on role will work closely with the maintenance and QA teams.

Your Main Duties
* Promptly diagnose and resolve electrical faults across a variety of production equipment
* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime
* Troubleshoot PLCs, VSDs, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, and servo drives/motors
* Support machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning
* Complete safety inspections and ensure all work meets WHS and food safety standards
* Maintain clear documentation and shift handovers using CMMS (MEX)
* Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve processes and efficiency
What You'll Need
* Current Australian Electrical Licence (QLD Electrical Mechanic / Fitter Licence), or ability to obtain
* Strong experience in industrial or maintenance electrical work, ideally within FMCG or food production
* Proficiency with PLC fault-finding, VSDs, and motor control systems
* Comfortable working in production and cold room environments (3°C to 10°C)
* Solid commitment to safety, quality standards (HACCP, GMP), and documentation
