About The Role
We are looking for two part-time Retail Sales Assistants to join the team at our Adelaide Head Office. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with customers, has a good eye for detail and is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Both roles are part-time offering approx. 20 hours per week. There is the potential to increase hours during our peak periods..
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Greet and assist customers
•Answer basic customer enquiries via email, phone and in-store.
•Operating the POS system and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
•Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.
•Stocktaking and Ordering
•Reconciling the till
•Attending to Post and Banking duties
•Opening and closing procedures
•Warehouse duties such as receiving and transferring stock and lifting of heavy and bulky items
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
•Previous experience working in retail or customer service
•A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
•Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
•Basic computer skills with an understanding of POS systems however training will be provided
•High level of attention to detail
•Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy loads of stock and equipment.
•Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
•Drivers licence and reliable car.
•Hold a current Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain.
