About the Role
A unique blend of high-level sales administration and hands-on sales support, this role exposes you to contract management, marketing, buyer follow-ups, open homes, and database management. You’ll work closely with an experienced agent while shaping your own career path, be it senior operations, sales associate, or future sales agent.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the agent’s day-to-day operations and provide admin support
- Process sales contracts, manage listings, and coordinate settlements
- High-touch buyer follow-ups and client communications
- Prepare marketing materials, appraisal kits, prospecting letters, and social media content
- Manage the sales database (Rex preferred, but not essential)
- Attend property photoshoots, inspections, and open homes
- Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and website updates
- Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and multitasking ability
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills
- Confident working independently and in a collaborative team
- Positive, proactive, and genuinely passionate about real estate
