Are you passionate about 5-star hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Pullman Adelaide is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team.
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, supporting and motivating the housekeeping team with a hands‐on approach and commitment to excellence.
Main Duties
* Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards.
* Support departmental targets, objectives, budgets, and procedures.
* Manage staffing levels to meet business demands efficiently.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
* Proactively address guest concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* Coach, train and develop team members to enhance skills and maintain high performance.
* Assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper during her days off.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within premium hospitality is preferred.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* A strong leader and team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to motivate and develop a team to consistently achieve high standards.
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Legal entitlement to work in Australia.
* Successfully provide national police clearance and working with vulnerable people checks.
