As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving design excellence, securing new business, and mentoring a high‐performing team to deliver complex, large‐scale projects. A Glimpse Into Your Day
* Lead and manage the design development of diverse projects, ensuring high‐quality deliverables across the studio.
* Oversee a variety of scales from concept to delivery, ensuring they remain on budget and strictly to schedule.
* Sourc new work opportunities and lead the writing of submissions to grow the firm's portfolio.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to drive professional outcomes.
* Train, assess, and develop team members, delegating tasks effectively to achieve project deadlines.
* Undertake site inspections, cost planning, documentation, detailing, and specification writing.
* Manage daily timesheets, invoicing support, and resourcing to ensure efficient studio systems.
The Expertise You'll Bring
* Extensive professional expertise in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Advanced academic background: a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or an equivalent skill set, such as Architecture with horticulture or ecology training.
* Strong time‐management and project‐management skills to align work with scope and schedules.
* Well‐developed technical skills regarding design, construction techniques, and industry‐standard programs.
* Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to project a positive image for the firm.
* Natural ability to lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of junior team members.
