The Role:
We are currently looking for a Hospitality Cleaner to work at St Georges Care Centre, at our residential facility in Bayswater, assisting with cleaning & laundry responsibilities working 19 hours per fortnight
Roster
Week 1
Saturday: 1030 - 1330
Sunday: 1030 - 1330
Week 2
Saturday:10:30-13:30
Sunday:10:30-13:30
Key responsibilities:
* Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas
* Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organizational values
* Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice
* Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with others, utilizing appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concerns
* Responds to emergency cleaning requirements as directed
* Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
* Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks
* NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
* Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents.
* Experience working in hospitality service roles, preferably as a cleaner in an aged care/hospital environment
