We are currently looking to employ a Maintenance/Finishes Foreman experience in residential housing.
Position Overview
This position is to carryout general maintenance and finishes works on new houses
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet or demonstrate the following criteria:
* Be a qualified carpenter
* Have and be able to provide a general overview of customer service
* Must be self-motivated
* Be reliable and punctual and well mannered
* Very willing to learn and adapt to our method of construction and processes
* Be friendly and approachable
* Monday to Friday.
* Have a current driver's licence
* Have the ability to follow instructions in detail.
* Always be smartly dressed for public appearance.
