An exciting opportunity is now available to work with the senior leadership team and provide general administrative support to Monash Partners Academic Health Science Centre (Monash Partners) and Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI)
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of the Centres
- Initial tenure for 12 months, possibility of extension, full-time appointment (0.8 - 1.0 EFT, 30.4 - 38 hours per week).
- Based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.

MCHRI is a research centre that seeks to create, synthesise, implement and translate clinical, health services and public health knowledge, underpinned by cross sector end user engagement, to deliver health impact. MCHRI is a partnership between Monash Health and Monash University, which will address specific implementation research, translation and engagement needs and build on strategic objectives of both Monash University and Monash Health. It is focused on direct delivery of improved health outcomes across all areas of health. MCHRI brings together clinical researchers, clinicians, health service managers, evidence synthesis and translation experts as well as other research end users, including policy makers, non-government organisations (NGO's) and consumer groups with a common interest in evidence informed best practice in health and in improved health outcomes.

**About the Role**

This is a joint position between the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI) and Monash Partners Academic Health Science Centre (Monash Partners), two co-located Centres. The Administrative Officer is responsible for:

- General Administrative support to both Director, MCHRI and Chief Operating Officer, Monash Partners;
- Reception duties for MCHRI;
- Acting as a point of contact for MCHRI and Monash Partners team members.

The Administrative Officer will work collaboratively with the MCHRI and Monash Partners senior leadership team and other support staff to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of the Centres. As an initial point of contact at Reception for MCHRI the Administrative Assistant will have a friendly and professional approach with all callers, visitors and members of staff. This role is a full-time fixed contract position of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
