About The Role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include:
Build a sales and customer satisfaction cultureTeam training and developmentStock management, and reportingImplementing initiatives and promotions in-storeManaging and addressing human resources, rostering, safety and operational matters as they ariseAdhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
About You & Your Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Manager (or similar) positionExperience working in a remote/regional locationA passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forwardWell-developed and professional communication skillsPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to othersAbility to adapt to changeStrong attention to detailStrong sense of teamwork
