Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert to lead our expanding team in Bendigo, Victoria. This role will involve driving the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
Main Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high visibility in the marketplace.
2. Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.
3. Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
4. Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
5. Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
6. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
7. Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
8. Coordinate with the Marketing department to market and sell properties, including signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos.
Requirements
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience.
* Excellent communication skills, able to converse with diverse stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn and ambition to grow.
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or willingness to study to become a certified agent.
