Job Description Summary

We are seeking a qualified VET Trainer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. As a VET Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a vocational education training program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver a vocational education training program

* Work collaboratively with senior staff to achieve program goals

* Provide training and assessment to students

* Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will have:
">

* A current Certificate IV Training and Assessment or similar relevant qualification
">
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or Permission to Teach
">
* Demonstrated experience in implementing aspirational initiatives to engage students in their learning
">
* A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families
">
