Project Manager – Regional Project - Gilgandra (NSW)We are currently working with a well-established contractor delivering complex infrastructure and water-related projects across regional New South Wales.With a strong pipeline of secured work and upcoming project mobilisation, we are looking to bring on a Project Manager to take ownership of major projects and lead from the front.This is a hands-on role with real accountability, suited to someone who is already operating at a senior level or ready to step into it.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the delivery of projects typically valued between $10M – $50M, with full ownership across program, cost, safety, and team performance.You will:Lead projects end-to-end across safety, program, cost, quality, and environmentTake ownership of commercial performance, including budgets and forecastingManage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and constructionDrive project programs and ensure key milestones are achievedBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersDeliver clear reporting and performance trackingLead from the front, setting standards across the project team
This is a role where you are trusted to run your project properly, not micromanaged.
About YouWe are looking for someone who understands what it takes to deliver complex projects and is comfortable taking ownership.Strong experience in a Project Manager role within civil or infrastructure environmentsProven track record delivering projects ideally in the $10M+ rangeSolid commercial and financial management capabilityAbility to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of contracts, compliance, and delivery frameworksEngineering, Construction Management or similar qualificationWater or wastewater experience is highly regarded but not essential.
