Job Title: Site Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Site Operations Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Mt. Isa branch. The successful candidate will lead and motivate site staff to achieve business growth, exceed financial targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a Service Manager within the mechanical, electrical, or water industry. You must demonstrate the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a driven approach to championing initiatives and delivering impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate site staff to achieve business growth and exceed financial targets.
* Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and capture market growth opportunities.
* Liaise with marketing and supply chain to maintain adequate spare parts inventory for growth and demand.
* Monitor and report on aftermarket business performance and market opportunities.
* Evaluate and optimize site operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
