About You
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment agency experience or proven B2B sales success
- A confident business developer who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
- A team player who is driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
- A stable work history and a track record of delivering results
