Position Profile
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) supports the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and acts in their role as required.
The ANUM supports the NUM in providing leadership and management, including budgetary, human resources, and clinical services in the Colyer, 23hr ward and infusion unit, whilst demonstrating the AKG vision and values.
The ANUM provides clinical leadership and has advanced clinical skills to manage medical and surgical admissions, and promotes and implements evidence-based care and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the inter-professional team.
