We are seeking a Financial Recovery Specialist to manage our customer accounts, focusing on early-stage arrears for secured and unsecured loans.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts by assessing customer financial situations and proposing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement debt recovery strategies, including payment plans, skip tracing, and liaising with external agencies.
* Develop and document effective collections processes to foster a best-practice culture.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions related to each account.
* Build strong relationships with management and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, including NCCP Act, Privacy Act, ASIC guidelines, and AML/KYC requirements.
