We are looking to further grow our construction team with the addition of a Construction Worker. The person should be interested in long-term employment, mechanically minded, have a strong work ethic, be safety focused, be willing to learn, be able to work as part of a team, and have the attitude, enthusiasm, and ambition to develop themselves to become an integral part of the team.
The role will primarily require working on site as directed by Site Supervisor/Lead.
Primary Job Responsibilities
* Undertake construction tasks as directed
* Work within a team and to the company and customer's requirements.
* Assist with site setup and logistics.
* Assist with plant and vehicle maintenance.
* Keep sites clean, orderly, and ensure materials and equipment are safely stored.
* Comply with and uphold company safety and quality standards.
* Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of construction plant and materials.
* Assist with site record keeping requirements.
Required skills and qualifications
* White card.
* HR or MR license.
* Experience with setting out and ground levels.
* A minimum of 3 years construction experience.
Desirable skills and qualifications
* Truck‐mounted crane license.
* Excavator ticket or experience with the potential to learn with piling equipment.
