As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our footprint across the Pilbara by: Identifying and securing new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Positioning yourself as a trusted client solutions partner.
Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Providing accurate quotes, tailored advice, and outstanding customer support.
Coordinating with clients on job progress, delivery schedules, and rental solutions.
Spending time in the field with customer site visits to strengthen partnerships.
Based out of our Tom Price branch this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm.
We want someone with hunger, drive, and resilience who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.
Alongside aligning with our values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement, you will bring: 2+ years' experience in a business development, sales, or account management role.
A proven record of achieving sales growth and building robust client relationships.
Industry experience in equipment hire will be highly regarded.
A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
Motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.
Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a long-term career focus.
A current driver's licence.
