We're seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. You'll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.
What you'll do
Lead Creative Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
Multimedia Content Creation: Design and produce product illustrations, social media graphics, digital ads, logos, and other materials for both print and digital use.
Animation & Video: Lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers; champion design best practices and consistency across all projects.
Tool Mastery: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver polished, skilled content.
5+ years of experience in multimedia design or a related creative field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
Excellent eye for aesthetics and detail.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Bonus Points for:
Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
